June Cooking Class & Wine Pairing

Spatchcocked chicken- what does that even mean?  Well it is time to find out!  In this class you will learn this great technique for splitting, then flattening a chicken, which yields a perfectly roasted chicken in much less time than it takes to cook a whole bird!  We will marry our chicken with seasonal vegetables and our dishes will be paired with exciting old world wines!  Come enjoy a great evening with us and learn skills you can use to replicate this meal at home!
