March Cooking Class & Wine Pairing

The class this month will feature modern twists on a few Italian favorites. We will prepare chicken scaloppine saltimbocca, a gluten-free pasta alternative, and a coffee inspired dessert.  This will be paired with exciting new world wines wines.  Come enjoy a great evening with us and learn skills you can use to replicate this meal at home!
