Fall is may favorite season. With the smell of dried leaves in the air and the introduction of satisfying, nutrient rich root vegetables and earthy mushrooms, I just want to reach for a warm sweater and smile. This month will feature pan-roasted chicken along with fall farmer's market veggies and a warm farro salad. We will pair this tasting with an herbaceous and complex Côte du Rhône.
