As the days get cooler and shorter and the air fills with the wonderful aromas of dried leaves and fallen pine cones, we crave warm satisfying soups and bisques. Made with love and care for a weekend lunch, or to be frozen for quick, easy reheating after late soccer practices- a nutritious bisque delights. This month will feature butternut squash bisque and a delicious ham, gruyere & apple galette, a great way to use amazingly fresh and nutrient dense fall produce. We will pair this tasting with smooth and elegant white and red Burgundy wines. Come enjoy a great evening with us and learn skills you can use to replicate this meal at home!
