Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday. Getting family and friends together just to eat, drink, and enjoy one another. But, it is easy to get into a food rut always preparing the same thing or bringing the same dish. This month we will focus on unique, Thanksgiving inspired sides, appetizers and dessert to bring freshness along with the comfort and coziness that we all crave! Some examples are Creamy Butternut Squash-stuffed Mushrooms, Wild Rice Risotto “Stuffing”, Maple Glazed Carrots and more. Also we will pair these dishes with a new take on Thanksgiving Wines- Barbera! Come enjoy a great evening with us and learn skills you can use to replicate this meal at home!
