Spring weather inspires a cleaner, healthier diet full of delicious, nutritious and seasonal foods. The Mediterranean Diet is heart healthy, focuses on plant-based proteins, legumes, healthy fats and is just delicious. Authentic Greek food is one on my absolute favorites and will be our focus for April. We will pair our meal with exceptional Greek wines.
