Once you learn the basics of how to make a simple, yet impressive paella, there are endless ways to customize. We will prepare a classic, traditional seafood paella, and discuss how to make customizations to incorporate seasonal ingredients. You will be an expert and know not only what socarrat is, but how to create the delicious phenomenon!. We will pair our meal with exciting Spanish wines! Come enjoy a great evening with us and learn skills you can use to replicate this meal at home!
